He can be salvaged, only because in general LB auto-gains are pretty weak. Will take awhile, and the SP spent in both SA trees is lost forever, but it can be done.

Check out the wiki for advice on building.

One piece of advice - don't ever spend another SP in Big Sack. One of the most worthless SAs.

anymore advice, like a player with a good build?

third cap speed asap. then second cap strength, third cap agility. then mess around for a season or two and then retire.
