since youre playing LOLB you should get vision to 70

Stop smoking so much pot and use the extra cash to pick up some custom equipment. Having a 90/90 speed/agility really helps keeping the receiving TEs in check. Re-setting your VAs should help too.

fourth cap speed and agility, second cap speed, you need more vision, but you don't have to rush it imo because you need a lot of it and you're far from the cap.
