i have a lvl 31 pocket passer im converting into a Scrambler. any thoughts on VA's?

Does he slap people with his gloves?

get quick release up as high as you can.
on his tactics put: Throw away only if everyone is heavily covered.

make sure your vision is up to about 4th capped (or at least 3rd capped)

then i would sart working on training speed/agility and dump all your SPs into that until its at least soft capped then i would get it to 2nd cap
