Ive been an OC for about 8 seasons now and I am looking for another gig. I had an arrangement with a World League team but the owner had second thoughts about turning his team over to someone. In the running game I like to go full steam ahead amd run up the middle and keep getting constant yardage. As for the passing I like to go with high percentage passes to methodically move down field. No PeeWee's or Casuals
Full Reign of the offense (aka no this player needs X amount of carries and this player needs X amount of passes from teh FB position)
^^^^^^^^^^^ Ill be fair on this one but more often than not teams end up gameplanning to get people stats and plays instead of winning the game and that is a problem.
