Boosting nor CE is required...hell, I'm not boosting my own players (which make up the majority of the team). This is a team that is looking to be competitive. If you are more concerned about stats or getting tons of XP then this probably isn't the team for you. If you want to win and don't care about what your player is going to do in S20, this is the place for you.
