I know this probably won't hit the audience that it needs to, but here is a screen shot I pieced together of the 15 contract offers I recieved for a DE that I posted on the Marketplace last night at around midnight I think.

I've blocked out the teams and some of the comments, but left the leagues and salary info. And you can at least see the number of teams that sent messages by the number of big gray boxes. Also, I recieved a total of 2! Private Messages regarding the players. And both of them came from teams that also included a note in the offer.
My Suggestions (and I recruited over 35 different agents to my Copper Pee Wee team last season and won a League Championship, so I had some good success):
1) When you send an offer include a note in the offer page, you need to distinguish yourself from the others. SOmething about their player I found works best as it shows you aren't just mass mailing the same canned message.
2) When I send a note above, I also usually included "See PM" or something else and then sent the agent a message, this does two things. Shows them more personal care and gets your team in front of them multiple times. It also allows you to look at their agent page where you may find out they have multiple players that fit your needs.
3) Max Contract and Max Bonuses, Ending Day 40. Good Pee Wee Agents will know the difference. You will have more money then you can imagine and can't spend it on anything else.
4) Don't just rely on the Marketplace. Check the D-League teams and use the search function to find level 1 players on D-League teams. I found about half my agents this way.
EDIT: I received two more offers of similar fashion while typing this post.
EDIT: Two more offers received
EDIT: Another two (Check the edit times below to see the time frames on these). (still no new PMs).
EDIT: Ended up with a total of 27 offers in roughly 13-14 hours.
