The best way to do a Pro Bowl roster (I did one in USA AAA#1 and it was successful) is to have coaches nominate their players in a thread. It's best one person handle one conference and another person handle the other to lighten the load. I noticed that probably only 8/16 teams in my conference handed in nominations so I went through the other 8 teams team leader list and pick some of their best players to be fair. I sent a nominations list (with stats) to each OWNER and I had 15/16 submit their rosters. It was pretty unanimous so it wasn't as biased as people would think. The owners spend their money and I know they would want a fair vote. Besides, if a person doesn't deserve to be on the squad, then it's not gonna happen.
Anyways, I'll be happy to help with the Pro Bowl squad when the time nears. I don't like to sound arrogant, but I know how to organize this type of stuff...

I did the MVP's last year and I think if I was to get nominated (which I appear to be) i'd want to do it within certain confinements. I personally prefer the best players (level+stats) should be the one's elected not a level 9 QB because he did the best for your team. We could do a even amount of players from each team but I really don't like the idea.

Well the main problem is getting the other teams in the East to help out with it.

I have just been really busy with trying to sign higher level players (to no avail BTW). I'm back now for the season and if anything is needed from me I'm here.

I placed my votes for the pro bowl team last season. I will do it again this season if asked.

Funny, I was just talking to myself about how easy it would be to do the same thing you just posted. I'd also be up for helping out by gathering data and contacting teams for nominations. Probably even create a watch list around mid-season to attract a little attention from the lurking stat junkies out there. Let me know if you want help.
