I'm strating my player and want to know the best way to start building him. What are the most important player attributes should I focus on when I level up and what player attributes should I focus on during training. Also if you can give me any numbers to reach on my player attributes. Below is the start of my player. Thanks in advance.

agility vision and stamina

his speed means nothing without agility, he can run around in the backfield all day but if he cant find the hole its useless, and he can be the greatest hb of all time but it wont mean anything if he cant stay on the field for more than 10 plays
