They're still two levels under, your not the only team all about builds, your going to need a really good al to beat teams with all players slowbuilt last season, that are level 14 with only a COUPLE level 13's, level 12's would get owned as they are almost a full seasons boost behind. Why would you start a player mid season and be level 9... then only boost to 12? waste imo.
