I have my first Pee Wee team. What kind of contracts should I give out? Pee Wee teams cannot build stadiums, so should I give everyone max contract and bonus?

Yes, you will have more money than you can spend. Then furnish the level 8 equipment, equipment changes if needed and bonuses at the end of the season as you can't carry the money over to next season.

For a full 55 man roster, you'll only need $660,000 for the EQ fund if no one will need to change their sets. The revenue gained by game 2 or 3 should be more than enough to cover that.
