I've got to admit that, in every game save the one that counts, I'm backing the Ballbusters. Very few squads have shown the same degree of grace under fire in a tough situation and I definitely see it paying off later in the year when they can pull off a few upsets.

I certainly appreciate the nice words. I think the Ballbusters/Hawks rivalry will be a fun one. Sadly, this is the year of the Hawks, judging by a lot of the talk around the league. Our game will be an epic battle. You guys SHOULD win but upsets do happen. Just like the Hawks of Atlanta against my Celtics, you guys will come close but BARELY lose.
Yeah BMM is actually from Mass, and I actually am from Maine. I thought it was kind of strange that I was assigned a team from Maine.
I didn't even bother to see what my original team name was. I changed it EXTREMELY quick. I have utilized the Martha's Vineyard Ballbusters name for years in fantasy sports. I had also always used the Boston Patriots logo until one of our players designed a logo for us. I was looking for someone kicking a guy in the nuts to "bust their balls" but I guess the logo works. The team was happy with it. I'm all about the team concept much like the Patriots. We've been the scum sucking bottom feeders of the league for a while. Now we're FINALLY looking like a pretty decent team. I just hope the trend continues. We'll get killed by the Marauders in our next game. They'll probably move up after this season anyway. That'll help teams like us get even better.
