My 85'Bears team has a good OC, but we could use another 1-2 as we just got stuck in a very hard Silver conference. I am looking for EXPERIENCED Pee-Wee OC's that will look over my offensive tactics and work with me and the existing OC to develop a scheme that will work against very good Silver teams. I have a good set of players, all mine, so I control the tactics on each, which makes an OC's job easier. Basically I need to add more offensive guru's to my think tank of coaches.
