What I'm looking for in a team:
1) A contender, I don't really want to be on a team perennially a bottom feeder.
2) Pays for equipment (I've already purchased AE and have it nearly fully upgraded to my level but will need EQ money as soon as I boost, which I will do as soon as the new season starts).
3) A team not totally addicted to GLB. It's great having an active owner, I love that, just not to the point where they expect every single player to always participate in conversation.
