I'd honestly consider retiring him and starting over. He isn't horrible, but HB is the one position that you can't afford to screw up early in your career. You should have at least hit your 1st cap on agility by now and have lost valuable SPs. There are a number of ways to look at what you could have done differently, but you will at least have to be a boosting player to have a HB that will be picked up by most quality teams.
