I know he is a level 12, but he has been carefully slow built for four seasons and is almost a level 13. It appears that teams are not looking at him for some reason. I've looked at the market and he is the best LB at this level by a long shot. He has custom equipment, is soft capped in strength, double soft capped speed, double soft capped agility, trained up in tackling. Send your offers.
