that is true. He is built to play as both a starting CB and Return guy, but has been doing pretty well. I do want to get his agility and speed both to at least 3rd Cap asap to improve him.

Build will suffer greatly in the long term. That's the price you pay to be a balanced and competitive dot in lower leagues.
