I'm somewhat slow building this DE.

He's based on power and I'm currently working on his speed & agility.

I wanted to try something different.

I'll boost 3 levels whenever you want me to!!

Looking for a level 13 or 14 cap team.

Oh and I'll also buy custom equipment..... so you can add +6 to his power & +1's to his run stopping tree
