My WR, Sticky Balls, is the fastest level 28 I've seen in the recruiting forums (98.43 speed with EQ), and he's slow/cap building. He has 12 SPs available to use (saving up to take agility to the 74 cap) and is putting his vet points in Quick right now to get his agility up as high as possible. I also have 71 shopping tokens saved up to buy some nice AEQ and 95 bonus tokens to upgrade it all in one swoop. As of right now, I'm cap-building and putting my SPs into agility, and intense training vision/confidence.
I do have custom EQ. However, I do not boost. Sorry, but college student = no money for online games
