As it says, I have a Speed WR looking for a team. All of his equipment is purchases at this point, CE and will boost as soon as S13 starts.

Min. $ contract is fine.

Needs to be signed:

1. A guarantee that my WR will be 1 to 3 in the depth chart for the season unless his stats are 4th best on the team then he can be demoted.

2. A one season contract offer. If after half the season it is a good fit we can do a contract extension.

Pretty much it.
