Fail/not fail? (Passer obviously).

Edit: redone, see below.

Set your training schedule before create a new player. Put all SPs on Throwing is not a good idea. How do you train on Strength?

Should I switch over to capping strength first and training throwing/vision? I was thinking of capping throwing, vision, and strength in that order... new to this whole QB thing so go easy on me lol.

I would go all out on Throwing and train Throwing along with another skill. When you reach 61 on Throwing you can then focus on another skill. The thing here is to maximize every training fully. Youll be training your secondary at a much faster pace than others.....And your primary too if you boost at the end of every season, as opposed to most other QBs.

Sorry

I have my own team so I can develop my QBs freely. My QBs didn't need to pass before season 3, and didn't need to worry about Stamina. Therefore my build strategy may not fit you.

At the end of season 2 (LV. 22), my pocket QBs should reach (or close to):

Throwing - 3rd cap
Vision - 2nd cap
Strength - 1st cap

What will I do under the new player creator is capping Vision to 2nd cap first (season 1) and then training Throwing/Strength till 30/30 (season 1, 2). After that, I'll train Stamina/Confidence (season 2, 3). Of course I'll train Throwing/Vision at the beginning.

My QBs will be hard to survive without my own team. They'll keep a lot of SPs and actually could do nothing on the court in the first two seasons. But at the end of the day they'll be astonishing good.

If you have to complete at season 2, maybe you have to cap Throwing first. But I really don't like this idea.

I just create a new QB (non-boost). It'll be slow build and become a dual QB (power rush). I'll cap Strength first.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Based on the fact that strength has only one decent training combo for QBs, I'm going to pump strength to 48 first and then change training to throwing/vision so I don't have to worry about training strength anymore. He doesn't have to be competitive for a couple seasons and all he'll be doing his first season is handing off hehe.
