Wouldn't expect many randomly selected WRs to pick it up and make good use out of it. You really want to build up the Fake SAs and top it off with Quick Feet a few other things in your build...
Unless it also came with +3 Speed or Agility. Then you might want to take it regardless.

take it. i have it on a guy. the catching is great. the fake chance certainly helps him get open and at times after the catch
