We should've been favored because we out boosted the Cows and beat some elite teams in Gold. But, what we have to understand this is still football. And Special teams and big plays can win games. They broke 1 long run and we didn't. I made the mistake of not punting past our own 40. There you go.

It's funny cause I was talking to my co-owner on the phone and said if we lost it would be because of a punt return or bad field position. I knew it would be close. Punt return didn't happen, but my decision not to punt past our 40....caused bad field position. Real time games are different so I have to use the score inputs better to better emulate on field coaching decisions.

These types of games are what help you gain the experience to put together a complete AI... that's another reason why Gold teams are so damn good, they have competition every week and learn from their mistakes.

Congrats to the Cows for a solid and complete game plan. Total yards means nothing - final score means everything.

You'll be seeing them next season IMO. There were three gold teams that would have stayed in Gold that went CPU.
