We're in Silver 6 we've got some good agents and we're competitive and like to win but mostly we like to have fun, learn about the game and help each other. If you've got a ton of experience, love the game and want to be involved with a team, we can sure use you. If you're just starting out, want to learn and not get yelled at... you're our guy too. Here's what I'm looking for:
Agents who'll contribute at least two or three players. I find that guys who have more than one player on a team stay more involved and its easier for them to manage their guys. You want to build more or less - that's OK too.
Build on day 41 but if you miss by a couple of days its not the end of the world.
Keep your guys trained up, keep your equipment up to date, use your SP wisely, don't waste SP on SA.
This is not a slow build team. This is a "live in the present" team. We got one season together as a PeeWee team and we want the players to be their best now, not when they are level 40.
No whining. Everybody plays, not everybody can start. Lose the ego, this is PeeWee.
The team pays for all equipment.
2-3 times a season I hand out bonuses. I like to think of it as revenue sharing. Or Federal stimulus money. Or congressional bribes.
We run the ball.
