Ok, I think Sam Flint plays for the worst D-League team ever... the Pittsburgh Ducks. He doesn't miss many tackles (had 21 tackles with 2 missed tackles in the last game). I'm going to build him as a throwback type of player.. Strong, tackles hard and intimidates the other team. He also will be a good play diagnoser (high vision) which should make up for the lower emphasis on speed I currently have for him. Probably better in a 4-3 defense than a 3-4. If you need a run stopper in the middle, he's your guy. I don't need to play for a current winner... but I want to play for a team that has a plan to win, and that wants to play some hard nosed defense.

He's averaged over 15 tackles a game for the past four games, and that's while playing only 3/4 of most of the defensive snaps. Admittedly, the other teams have tended to have the ball a lot more than the Ducks because, well, our offense sucks!
