He's a lvl 29 now and will be lvl 32 at the beginning of next season. He's boosting at the beginning of next season. All the skill points will be going into speed and agility. Speed with equipment at level 32 will be 86 and agility will be 60. He will continue to train jumping and stamina till stamina gets to 30 and then train strength/jumping for the rest of the season.

Good im not really Honestly completely sure as of now, all the players get good PT each game i havent had any complaints about that because we make sure in pre-season we make it so everyone plays
