I could also see this coming - player created for Peewee don't get signed after day one, nightly rollover happens and now they have 100xp on Day 2, is it there fault a contract wasn't signed after one day of creation? Not always....

day to create players is Day 40 of season 12, if a player doesn't sign to a team before he earns 100XP in season 13 than that player is a moron cause he has all off-season and the entire pre-season

The "or same season players" has to be in there because lets say somebody creates a dot on Season 13 Day 0 and then gets 100xp on rollover to day 1, if the rule where just the first part, he now cannot sign to a peewee team for season 13 because he has more than 0 xp....but wait, that is where the "OR same season player comes in.
Basically the rule is if you want to sign a player to a peewee team for Season 13 and you are a Season 12 dot, you better have 0xp, or if you are a Season 13 created dot you better not be a level 2

I dont think it matters beside a training day or two, you dont gain xp so you could make them day 41-42 and not have hardly any advantage over a guy making them on day 40.
Big difference from the old way having 900 xp to none as opposed to missing 2 days training.

This I like, I've got a busy ass weekend coming, it's nice to know rolling on monday will only cost me 4 training points, not 4 training points and 200 xp. But if we get the roller installed, it will only take me a few minutes to create my 15 guys.
