I have a CB who is being built as a returner that will be available for season 13. I'm looking to get him into a cap 22 league. I'm looking to get him on a team where he will be primarily used as a KR and PR.

I also have a level 22 P who will also be available. I'd prefer to keep them both on the same team, but that is not mandatory. Both of these players are a work in progress and their builds have obviously not "matured" yet. I have not been boosting either of them in order to try to maximize their builds. I can boost the CB if necessary, but that may depend on how good the team is. I'm not sure yet about the P.
Edit: these players will only be considering 1-season offers from teams in cap22 leagues.
