1. BUFFALO RAMPAGE 16-1
vs
4. SUMATRA STING 11-6
http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=3102&team2=4899

~Buffalo put up nearly 500 yards of offense and 43 points in winning their round one tilt against the Lightning... the Sting Defense forced three turnovers and only gave up 6 points in their first round fiesta with the Junta... the Rampage D is no slouch as Buffalo shut down the Sting offense in their first meeting, holding the Sting to 160 yards of total offense and zero pooints... The road to the Wok goes thru Buffalo and the Sting will have their work cut out for themselves to get the win and advance...

S9: http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=476978 Sumatra 47-10

7. BATAMBANG KILLER KOALAS(9-7)
vs
6. ARROWHEAD FANATICS(10-6)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=5009&team2=5124

~BKKs monsterous third quarter explosion they put up on LLF has propelled the Koalas into the thick of the SuperWok hunt. For a team that nearly missed the playoffs and had a well documented change of DC in mid season, they find themselves in excellent position to defy the SEAPL oddsmakers and silence their critics. They obviously have spent the second half of the season tweaking their D. The results were golden as the Furniture can vouch for their performance in Round 1... With their D troubles behind them, BKK has the weaponry on Offense to put up points in bunches thru the air... and that makes them very dangerous.
The A-Heads have impressed with their top rated passing game all season, but it was their balance that won them their first round battle, rushing for 200 and passing for 200 yards in their win over DLL. The A-heads will need to bring their A game if they hope to beat the Koalas. Granted they bested the BKK earlier in the season by 26... but if they think they are going to see the same BKK Defense they saw that day, they are going to end up going home disappointed.

S11: http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=716129 BKK 37-20

I recuse myself from picking the Buffalo/Sting game.

the Koalas prove to be too much for the A-heads and will win their matchup in a rout!
theyve fixed their D and should have the firepower to get the job done.

Although I have respect for what Buffalo's done, I'd like to see Sumatra win Garuda in their last season. Good luck Sting. As for the other game, I don't know much about these guys. I guess I'll go w/ the Koalas because they've been around longer, and I don't trust anyone who is a fanatic for spring water.

Good job VJ, as usual. I was kind of hoping that the running game would go under the radar though. Should have known you'd look deeper than the surface stuff.

Good luck to everyone. It should be interesting.

that kinda thing might fly under the radar in AAA...

but not in the SEAPL playoffs.
