Peewee is probably the only league where that would work. Well, D-League don't count.

You could 4 cap speed/1 cap agility or 3 cap speed/1 cap agility/1 cap vision (easily, right?) which would be twice as good in pee-wee. Who misses tackles in pee-wee?

people i think are starting to build power rushing backs in peewee more than speed.
