Anyone tried a small (6' 221) high agility/carrying FB as a punt returner. Primary duty is as a receiving FB. Will be emphasizing agility SAs/Vas - Scat back, spin, juke , etc. as he matures.Won't be a burner, but will have decent speed. Looking to maximize time on the field as he obviously won't be blocking.

The problem is that you'll corrupt the build if you give him even "decent speed" at the early levels--no level up gains coming from speed makes it a bad early investment.

I'm starting a similar build but not as a punt returner.

Agility to 5th cap
Carrying to 4th cap
Str to 3rd cap

Nat gains in agility and Carrying are too good to pass up. But like Roadgrader said you can't invest in speed for a long time if you want to be efficient... so you'll be useless for a long time.

Returning FB
But my teammate can't even make a hole for my guy to return.They can't stop the gunner.

You need to have great speed and agi,68+ Vision,68+ Carrying,and many elusive HB SA to do it.
Return Specialist is a good SA
