Currently have 2 peices of Break Block %. Is it better to look for the SB or TV type of gear or ride the break Block for a time? Is the % so minute that a random firing SA peice be better?

Not necessarily. 2 pieces of break block can work well, but I'd want them to be +5% and an additional bonus. One BB % piece and one SB piece is also a good option. Either way can work, it just depends how well the total build combines together, rather than getting a couple of really high numbers that seem cool but don't actually achieve anything in practice.
