honest truth:
What in the world are you doing to this WR????
You have 50ish agility but a Adv Eq boosted to 15% fake. not a good combo. If you want to build an agility WR then get agility up to 68-73ish.
Lose the Attribute VAs they arent worth it and your Nat levels are way to low for them to help any anyway.
You wasted a ton of points in SAs too early.
your Wr is very slow.
So advice to save the build:
You need speed. Put points into speed up to 73. Get agility to at least 68 next. After agility move to vision to 60. While doing a fore mentioned, train strength and carry.
No SP in SAs or catching until above is done.
That is my opinion, do with it what you like.
