I think it would still be possible to hit 14 by the end of the playoffs considering some players almost hit it before the playoffs as it is. Plus if you held your boosts till day 41 you might hit 14 that way also.

I wish they were there last season cuz my one pee-wee keeper had to go cap 16 at level 14.
