That build may have worked for the PW leagues and might work for one season in the L14 leagues next season, but it won't cut mustard going forward. For long term building, concentrate on one attribute at a time. Strength to 68, throwing to 73, vision to 73, confidence to 68.

In that order.

Here's why:
At AAA, Pro and World league levels you need strength over 75 (and some folks say over 80) to have enough zip on your passes to get them to your receivers before the DBs can react. If, starting at L1, you train strength/throwing first and use the cap building method to get strength to 68 (somewhere around L10 depending on your rolls, training, etc) his strength will be well above 75 through natural level gains by the time he's ready for the pros.

Training order should be:
strength/throw
str to 49
throw/vis
str to 61
str to 69
throw to 49
train vis/con
throw to 61
throw to 69
throw to 74
vis to 49
train con/stam
vis to 61
vis to 68
vis to 74
con to 49
train stam/agi
con to 68
stam to 49
train agi/speed
remainder of SP go to SAs at this point.
