I think for a Lv. 4 he has a solid build. Vision is the likely choice to be worked on next.

Train Vision... and pump up speed and agility.... IMO.

Jumping, Vision, and Confidence. It's def. good to avoid the sa's until around level 8 after. Then you can kind of choose which branch describes you player the most. Def. keep the Speed and catching semi close. Find the thread in here about the GLB radio show. They just did a show on builds for wr's. Also tons of good stuff buried in these forums.
