Does this mean you will be able to sign players during the season that are above level 1 as long as they were created during the current season?

or does this mean you can sign a player with XP as long as they were created during the current season.

That's what I'm wondering. If you have an agent who goes inactive, can you cut his players (with a chemistry hit) and replace them with other players who were created this season?

I think as long as they are created in the same season then you should be able to sign them. If they were created in the current season are lvl 1 with xp then you can sign them. Just not the players created in the previous season. That is just my interpretation.
