What do you think is better for a LB, 10 Superior Vision or 10 First Step? or 5 and 5?

I wouldn't go 5/5...maybe FS for blitzing ROLB, otherwise SV imo.

I bet SV would be nice for a blitzing ROLB too. Swim right around those blockers.

SV is great for ROLBs also when trying to help stop the run play cross field.
