Are most FS's hard hitter or coverage?

The SS skill trees seem so much better it leads me to ask why people play FS's at all by comparison. The HH trees are practically the same, but the coverage order and choice seem much better.

Im gonna make another safety for next year (retired a SS i had with a bad build) and Im still leaning toward the SS, but I'm curious about the consensus about which one is 'better'.

SS is definitely more of a glory position than FS.

another question for you guys. When should I start adding agility? My level 18 FS with equip he has 78 speed & 59 vision with only 14 agility & when he makes plays like this, I wonder how important agility is at lower levels
