i dont see anything wrong in my stats or tactics. why do i suck? when the D pressures me, i completely fail, and when they don't, it takes me forever to barely make a completion once every drive.

We'll, I suggest once your contract is over to retire it, and remake him.

I agree here. Look at some newbie guides to help you with building a player. They may not be the best, but they will give you a place to start. Currently, you won't find a starting spot on a good team with your build. You're way behind. Currently your QB isn't much better than a well built level 10 player.

When people talk about capping a skill, it is getting it to the soft cap. The first is 48. That's where it starts to cost 2 SP to raise. Try to at least get your throwing to 48 as fast as possible.
