I got a piece with +2 conf and first step for a MLB. Is first step worthless for a MLB?

I heard First Step is good and I got it for my LB but TBH i dont really know if it is good or not,....

I think thier's a lot better AEQ for a MLB, but it's not worthless. I think first step is better suited for a OLB personally. For a MLB, I would look for Monster Hit or Defensive General. With that said, it really comes down to your prefrence and build.

I'd keep it but look for better later on. Got a FS for my MLB but it comes with break block piece as well as I have a DG piece already.

I have it on my ROLB... right now I only have 2 points into it but I have seen him blitz a little better since adding it.
