I want to break tackles, and I'm wondering what I should be shooting for, AEQ-wise? Power-Thru, Stiff Arm, etc?

There really are not that many "power-wr's" out there. I would say find a good piece that pertains to your build plan and try to find two. If you get a nice Stiff Arm piece ... find two of them and give it a go.

Don't do Lwr Shoulder, it doesn't seem to fire much.
Pwer Thru
or Stiff Arm are good bets
Break tackle chance is also awesome, so if you can find that with an SA attached (unlikely) it would be the best. However I'm not sure if an SA would be better than BRK tackle chance.
?? Did you start with carrying due to nat. level gains or what for your build? Cuz if you have high carrying then def. the SA's, but if you have high str I'd be more inclined to pick up the increase to your percentage.

I've been keeping my carrying around as high as my strength, since I'm aiming to be a bruiser when I can get vet points.
I currently bought a +1 Stiff Arm piece. Hopefully, it was the right decision. However, more positive or negative talk on the subject could help a lot.
