No SA's. Where should i put my next eq. keep going with speed, or switch it to vision or agility. currently working on getting vision to 73.

I'd stay on speed for now. Looking good, although I'd second cap tack before doing anything else.

Where's the rest of his gear at 40? SPD should be over 100 with gear, and 75-ish raw is A-ok for a SS. He'll be considerably better if/when you get his VIS up to 4 cap as well though.....

edit: just read the last line.....lol. Gear to SPD for now, and level 48 gear........ with his 56 & 64 gear bumps maybe look into AGI with those, but it depends where the rest of his build is by then.
