Would change direction be a significant help to an agility based DE? Not sure with the short space we're working in if it would be helpful.

Not as good as TV or FS, but I saw an improvement in both rush D and pass rushing when I got it up to 7+.

It still helps but since it boosts speed retention while changing directions, it's going to help more if you have higher speed and not as much agility. Whether its worth getting or not is complicated.

I wouldnt get it. Your high agi will help you change direction.

You can't go wrong with Change Direction regardless of SPD/AGI. It helps.

I doesnt really matter what your SAs are when youre not blocked.

well if you can make a 90 degree turn after a jump like that youre not going to get blocked without a TE on your side. but i agree with guy who said TV then FS then CD. I really have to say that FS is going to get you the best returns at early stages of it. I saw TV kick in at 7~8.

It's not about helping you changing direction, it helps you retents your speed while you change direction.
