Do you think it is an indication of a good build if the WR your CB is covering is rarely targeted? And if targeted what dyou think a reasonable completion/deflection ratio should be(taking into account the rarity of being targeted ie 3X a game)?

could be a good sign but you need to see if your CB is holding the WR under his game average, if yes then you are doing a good job

better if you get targeted and get the PD then if the other CBs get picked on and give up the catch.
