I have 4 punters, and the average punts this last game were just terrible. Any others see a pattern like this?

Yes, YES. God my punter fell off a cliff. Ruined his average these past two games.

- Tracked down a division by zero error that had been causing random game crashes
- Make sure clock doesn't run to zero when timeout is called
- Decrease top end punt power a bit

I think it was a tad more than a bit lol.

Yeah, my Punter was averaging about 34 YPP, his last game he averaged 25.

Mine went from 49 or so for the season to two straight games of 32.5. That's pretty absurd.

You kicked it into the endzone from their 40 twice and once you kicked it from their 40 to their 6 out of 5 punts.

Absurd? Plus, your punter's name is probably bad karma.

Those two CCs are what I'm peeved about. I had a short field to work with, but missing those costs me a little less than 8 yards per punt out of the 5 total those two games. 40.5 is much easier to handle. Ah well...

What does this have to do with Bort nerfing Punt distance?

So we ask for more punter stats for many seasons now, and all we get is a tweak to lower everyones punt average. Thanks for all the help, you guys are the best.

My level 63 guy had his weekly avg drop about 8yds kicking on balanced.

My 63 had a couple 50+ punts today, maybe they found the problem...

It would appear to be getting even worse to me.

I have a pretty decent lvl 39 punter shanking 28 yard punts and a very decent lvl 60 punter flubbing a 35 yarder.

These arent coffin corner punts - just really bad punts.
