I agree with Forbin here. No need to retire him.
My opinion this is the step you should go from here:
1: Get speed to the 4-1 (68) or even 5-1 (72 or 73 not sure which) cap.
2: Cap vision at the 2-1 cap.
3: Get strength to the 4-1 cap.
4: Get confidence to the 2-1 cap.
