I would say yes because he is a Season 2 build and you could probably tweak things up a bit with a new build. Since it appears you are not a booster you will always be limited in what you can do. Consider playing him the rest of the season and then once the season ends look for a slow build team where boosting is not important and you can build him up slowly.
