I'm not an owner, but I'm an active PW DC and player. Can I sign too?

The important bits I want to point out:
In C-2 (Ages 9-11, weights 75-120, or age 12, weight 75-100), you can find this group of statistics (bold added):
The C-2 Rockets were lead by the quarterback duo of Jackson Kellogg and Brendan Newell. Newell led the Rockets with eight touchdown passes, over 800 yards passing and a completion percentage of 80 percent. Newell connected on four passes of 80 yards or more in a four week span. Kellogg, a southpaw, ran for over 600 yards, threw four touchdown passes, ran for three TDs and led the defense in tackling.
So these are a bunch of 9-12 year olds and they have a QB that can hit 80% of his passes for >800 yards over a full season of 8 games.
