The only attribute that really seems to continue to get better as it increases is speed - the rest don't seem to make much of a difference when they are at the 150 or above mark.

If your agil is around 70-80 base and has no eq, pass rusher is a good VA for your dot. If he's already at 100 or so, then it's a waste imo.

I've still seen no proof that Pass Rushers does anything for a dot.

At least the really good DEs can get 8-10 sacks a season at high levels. The DTs can't do shit at the top levels. I can't find a single WL DT with more than 2 sacks.

Didnt sign Dts for sacks tbh.

Thus we have to take Bort's word for it that they're working until he's finally convinced to go check it out and realizes that he misplaced a decimal somewhere and they really don't work at all.

You know, just like Juke/Headfake, SAs on AEQ, etc.

Here's another example
Level 55 DE vs Level 53 OT
DE has same strength as OT he's facing
DE has 82 more speed than OT he's facing
DE has 40 more agility than OT he's facing
DE has 31 more vision than OT he's facing
DE has 5 more confidence than OT he's facing
OT has 97 blocking though, so that's solid
DE has 10-7-7-5 SAs, OT has mostly run block SAs

DE gets 2 sacks and no hurries in 40+ pass plays

That's fine, but a lot of DTs are built to get sacks, and it isn't unrealistic either. The top DTs typically get 55%-60% as many sacks as the top DEs. There have been seasons in the NFL where a DT has led the league in sacks as well. Randy White led league with 16 one season and John Randle led league with 15.5. Trevor Pryce had 13 one season at Denver while playing DT, although I don't think that led the league. Warren Sapp had some 10+ sack seasons. Darnell Dockett had 9 sacks the last season he played DT. Kevin Williams has had 9 or 10 sacks a couple of times.

Locked because a lot of nastiness was developing and because it belongs in D-line club. I'll unlock it but please keep the personal attacks out. I know everyone takes comments on their players seriously so be gentle when offering criticism and gracious when receiving it.
