I've been seeing posts about tagging opponents players such as running QB's and such? I went to the opposing teams scouting page and i saw no option. Also what does that do when you do tag specific players?

First, the owner has to give you DC and scouting abilities.
You then can click on scout and click on "tag" next to a player's name and choose how you want to tag him (power, rusher, receiving, ect...). You also have to set up an input/outputs for that particular player in the DAI and make sure they are listed above the other plays for the same formations. Make sure you select that particular kind of player in the created inputs.

nope...your owner must give you that option. just PM him about it.
